Refund Policy - the basics
At Sparrow Insulation and More LLC, we take pride in the quality of our work and the satisfaction of our customers. We strive to ensure that every project is completed to the highest standard.
However, due to the nature of spray foam insulation and the materials involved:
All sales for spray foam insulation services are final. We do not offer refunds for spray foam services once the product has been installed.
Spray foam is a chemical product that is mixed and applied on-site. Once applied, it cannot be removed or returned. For this reason, all spray foam insulation jobs are non-refundable.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee (For Other Services)
For additional handyman services such as drywall repair, painting, deck building, or flooring, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about the workmanship, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will assess the issue and work with you to make it right whenever possible.
Deposits
Deposits for any scheduled services are non-refundable if canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time. This helps cover preparation time, material purchases, and lost scheduling opportunities.
