Sparrow Insulation and More was born from that leap of faith—but we didn’t walk this road alone. In God’s perfect plan, He brought Keith Gibson into our lives through Road Riders for Jesus Motorcycle Ministry. What began as a ministry connection quickly grew into a deep brotherhood. Keith became not only a trusted friend, but a true brother, an extension of our family and a trusted partner—someone who shares our vision, values, and passion for serving others. Together, we formed Sparrow Insulation and More LLC with a mission to honor God in our work, treat every customer with care, and build something meaningful for our families and community.
Our company stands on the truth found in Luke 12:7: “You are worth more than many sparrows.” We believe that if God cares so deeply for the smallest sparrow, He will certainly provide for us. That’s why we’ve committed to giving back 10% of all profits to local charities and putting Christ first in all we do. Sparrow Insulation and More is more than a business—it’s a testimony to faith, family, and God’s unfailing provision.
Our Journey
Who We Are
We are James and Jessica Story, and our journey began seven years ago with a simple encounter that would shape the rest of our lives. Though our paths crossed many times before, it was in May 2018 that God’s timing brought us fully together. Over the years, we poured our hearts and energy into helping others build their dreams—often at the cost of time with family and moments we can never get back. After much prayer, reflection, and encouragement, we knew it was time to step into our own calling and create something lasting, something rooted in faith, service, and family.
Our team
At Sparrow Insulation and More, our team is family—literally and spiritually. Our daughter, Amylie Hogg, brings creativity and connection as our social media expert, helping us share our story and services with the community. Her husband, Steven Hogg, is skilled in our concrete beautification services but plays a key role in our spray foam insulation. With a strong work ethic and heart for excellence, Steven helps transform both the comfort and curb appeal of the spaces we serve. As a family, we are building more than a business—we’re building a legacy, living out Proverbs 13:22: “A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children.” Every project we take on is a reflection of our faith, our values, and our commitment to serving others with integrity and care.
